What is the Affordabike Giveaway Program?
More people on bicycles means healthier people, less congestion and less pollution. We believe that a bicycling community is a richer community. To continue our campaign to promote bicycling, Affordabike will be giving away two bicycles per month at different local business in the greater Charleston area. The giveaway program is designed to get bicycles in the hands of people who may not otherwise be thinking about buying a bicycle. The giveaways get people excited about the possibility of winning a bicycle, which will continue to raise awareness about bicycling in the community. Restaurants chosen for the giveaways will receive a spike in business; offices will find their employees excited to come to work and take part in the giveaway!
How does the Affordabike Giveaway Program work?
Anyone can go online and enter their favorite restaurant or place of business in the Affordabike giveaway. Every two weeks we will do a drawing to choose a winner. We will produce a custom Affordabike beach cruiser bicycle for the winning company IN THE WINNING COMPANY’S COLORS!
After doing the drawing we will contact the winning company to arrange the giveaway. If it is a restaurant we may agree that everyone who comes for happy hour in the following two-week period will be entered for the giveaway. If it is an office we may decide that everyone in that given office is entered in the giveaway.
