We stand behind all products that we sell, which is why we offer a standard three month warranty. We service all products ourselves and keep all spare parts in stock. We are more committed than any other bicycle company when it comes to giving our customers what they want and need. We will offer more benefits than our competitors, work longer hours, and bend over backwards to make sure that our customers will always be satisfied with our products and the after-sale service that we provide.

  • Shipping policy 
    • We are currently only accepting domestic U.S. orders
    • We base our shipping charges on the value of the order and the zip code of the shipping address.
    • Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorization.  Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.  
    • Please allow 7-10 days for Affordabike orders to be processed.  All orders are shipped UPS ground.
    • Orders can only be shipped to physical addresses.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, of FPO addresses.
  • Payment
    • At www.unique-transportation.com, we accept Visa or Mastercard.  Of these credit cards, we can only accept credit cards issued from banks in the United States.   We are sorry but we cannot accept international credit cards at this time.  If you would prefer to pay using Paypal, please email a representative.
  • Your Order  

                   After you place your order, you will receive e-mails providing information on your order status:

    • Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
    • Cancellation of Order or changes to your order.  This email will be sent, if you request that your order be canceled or if an item is unavailable to ship
  • Tracking Your Order
    • At this time, we are unable to automatically email UPS shipment tracking numbers.  If you would like to obtain a tracking number, please contact our Customer Service at 843-789-3281 or email us with your order number and the date the order was placed.  Tracking numbers should be available within one week of order placement.
  • Cancellations
    • Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
      • Item(s) not available
      • Difficulty in processing your payment information
      • Cannot ship to address provided
      • Duplicate order was placed
    • If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact our Customer Service team by e-mail or by calling 843-789-3281 for a recommendation.
  •  Item Availability
    • We do everything we can to fill your order completely. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available anymore. If that happens to your order, please accept our apologies. We'll let you know by sending you an e-mail and we will correct the situation. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it.  Our team will do the very best in creating a future order for you with the guidelines that you give us.  We strive to deliver the very best product and customer care.
  • Return Policy
    • You may return purchased merchandise online within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it does not void the Electric Revolution or Affordabike warranty.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

It is very important to indicate the order number on the box as it will help to expedite return processing.  Upon receipt, a credit will be posted back to your account, along with an email notification that the return had been processed.  Please allow 2-3 business days for credits to post to bank accounts.

If there's a defect in your merchandise and you purchased it from our website, ship it back to us and we'll make things right.  We offer a standard three-month warranty on all products and parts.  If we determine that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll replace it.
