What is the Bike Doctor Service?
Affordabike is proud to offer the Bike Doctor service in the downtown Charleston area. If your Affordabike breaks down in the downtown Charleston area, do not panic, simply call our store. We will pick you up and bring you and your bicycle to our store to fix your bicycle on the spot. Think AAA. We are fairly sure that we are the first innovator of this unique concept for our customers.
If your bicycle is under warranty this service will be free of charge. If your bicycle is not covered by warranty you will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 for the pick up and labor (not including spare parts).
